Cowichan Energy forms partnership with Carbon Busters

Cowichan Energy forms partnership with Carbon Busters to finalize a bulk purchase by Cowichan residents of Passive Solar systems for their homes. Up to 30 homes will be adding Passive Solar panels under the British Columbia Sustainable Energy Association program to decrease Greenhouse Gas emissions and lower overall home heating bills.
